Prices, availability and descriptions on this website are general information about our service. The document that governs your repair is the written estimate you approve before work begins. If this website and that estimate ever disagree, the estimate is the one that counts.

Pricing

The $79 diagnostic is the standard rate at the time of writing and is applied to the repair when you approve the estimate. Repair pricing depends on the parts and labor the diagnosis turns up and is quoted in writing. Promotional pricing applies only while the offer is shown on this site and only to first-time customers.

Availability

We do not promise same-day service. Appointment windows are confirmed by a dispatcher, not by this website.

Warranty

Every repair we complete carries a one-year warranty on the labor and the parts we install. Full terms are here and on your estimate.

Trademarks

Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove and Viking are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent repair company and are not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by them. We use the names only to describe the appliances we service.

Third-party services

Booking runs through Workiz and reviews are embedded from Yelp. Those services have their own terms, and we do not control their content or availability.
