What we repair

Washing Machine Repair

Front-load and top-load washers, including stacked and laundry-closet installations.

Most washer calls come down to one of three things: something is blocking the drain path, something in the drive or suspension has worn, or the machine is refusing to run because a switch or lock is not reporting what the control expects.

The reason that matters is cost. A blocked drain and a failed pump look identical from the outside and are very different bills, so the diagnosis happens before the quote, not after.

What we see most

  • Will not drain, water left standing in the drum
  • Will not spin, clothes come out soaking wet
  • Leaking underneath during fill or during drain
  • Banging, or the machine walks across the floor on spin
  • Will not start, or stops part-way through a cycle
  • Door or lid lock stuck shut with the load inside

How the diagnosis runs

  • Run the cycle and watch where it actually stops, rather than working from the symptom description alone.
  • Check the drain path end to end: filter, hose, pump.
  • Test the door or lid lock and the switches the control is waiting on.
  • On a spin or noise complaint, check bearings, suspension and the drive before quoting anything.

What it costs

The diagnostic visit is a flat $79, and it is applied to the repair when you approve the estimate. Repair cost is separate and depends on parts and labor. You see that number in writing before anything is fixed, and every completed repair carries a one-year warranty. More on pricing and your rights →

FAQ

Before you book

How soon can a technician come?

Availability changes every day, so we do not publish a promise we cannot keep. Call (833) 545-4254 and the dispatcher will tell you the next open window. You can also pick a time yourself in the online calendar.

Is there a diagnostic or service-call fee?

The diagnostic visit is a flat $79, and it is applied to the repair when you approve the estimate. So on a repair you approve, the diagnosis effectively costs nothing extra. The dispatcher confirms the fee on the phone before a technician is scheduled.

Will I receive an estimate first?

Yes. The technician diagnoses the appliance and then gives you a written estimate. No repair work is performed without your approval, and no extra work is added without asking you first.

Do you warranty repairs?

Yes. Every repair we complete carries a one-year warranty on the work and the parts we install. The terms are written on your estimate before work begins.

Book your repair

Two ways to get a technician out.

Call and a dispatcher will tell you the next open window, or pick a time yourself in the online calendar. Either way you get a written estimate before any repair starts, and every repair carries a one-year warranty.
