What we repair
Wall Oven & Range Oven Repair
Wolf, Viking and other premium single and double wall ovens, plus the oven side of a professional range.
An oven that bakes unevenly and an oven that does not heat at all are rarely the same problem. The first is usually calibration, the sensor or the convection side; the second is usually an element, an igniter or the control.
Before replacing a control board, which is the expensive answer, the cheap causes get ruled out first. Sometimes the honest answer is that the oven only needs calibration.
What we see most
- No heat at all
- Temperature is off, or food bakes unevenly
- Convection fan not running
- Oven will not hold the set temperature
- Control board, bake and broil elements, door and hinge problems
- Self-clean cycle fails or leaves the oven locked
How the diagnosis runs
- Measure the real cavity temperature against the setpoint across the range.
- Test the sensor resistance and the element or igniter draw.
- Check the door seal and hinges, which quietly cause most uneven-baking complaints.
- Recommend the smallest repair that actually fixes it, in writing.
What it costs
The diagnostic visit is a flat $79, and it is applied to the repair when you approve the estimate. Repair cost is separate and depends on parts and labor. You see that number in writing before anything is fixed, and every completed repair carries a one-year warranty. More on pricing and your rights →

FAQ
Before you book
How soon can a technician come?
Availability changes every day, so we do not publish a promise we cannot keep. Call (833) 545-4254 and the dispatcher will tell you the next open window. You can also pick a time yourself in the online calendar.
Is there a diagnostic or service-call fee?
The diagnostic visit is a flat $79, and it is applied to the repair when you approve the estimate. So on a repair you approve, the diagnosis effectively costs nothing extra. The dispatcher confirms the fee on the phone before a technician is scheduled.
Will I receive an estimate first?
Yes. The technician diagnoses the appliance and then gives you a written estimate. No repair work is performed without your approval, and no extra work is added without asking you first.
Do you warranty repairs?
Yes. Every repair we complete carries a one-year warranty on the work and the parts we install. The terms are written on your estimate before work begins.

Two ways to get a technician out.
Call and a dispatcher will tell you the next open window, or pick a time yourself in the online calendar. Either way you get a written estimate before any repair starts, and every repair carries a one-year warranty.
