What this site collects directly

This website has no contact form and no account system. It does not ask you to type your name, address or phone number anywhere on these pages.

Booking

The booking page embeds a scheduling calendar operated by Workiz. When you book through it, the information you enter goes to Workiz and to us as the business, under Workiz's own privacy terms. We use it to schedule and carry out your repair.

Reviews

Review content on this site is embedded from Yelp. Loading it means your browser contacts Yelp, which may set its own cookies. The embed is not loaded until you scroll near it.

Analytics

When analytics is enabled, we record which buttons are used — calls, texts, booking clicks, the appliance chosen in the picker — together with the page and device type. We deliberately do not send names, phone numbers, addresses or free-text descriptions into analytics.

Calls and texts

If you call or text (833) 545-4254, we keep what you tell us about the appliance and the appointment so that we can do the job and honour the warranty.

Who we share it with

Our scheduling provider, and no one else. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Your choices

California residents can ask what personal information we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it — we do not sell or share it in the first place.
