An independent appliance repair company based at 2485 Huntington Dr in San Marino, working on built-in and professional kitchen appliances.
What we actually do
We repair the appliances that are built into the cabinetry: refrigeration columns, freezer drawers, wine storage, professional ranges, cooktops and wall ovens. That is a narrower list than most appliance companies advertise, and it is narrow on purpose. These units fail differently from freestanding appliances, and being in them every day is the difference between a diagnosis and a guess.
What we are not
We are not a manufacturer service arm. We are not authorized by, affiliated with or endorsed by Sub-Zero Group, Viking Range or Wolf Appliance. If your unit is still inside the manufacturer's own warranty, calling them first is usually cheaper than calling us, and we will say so on the phone.
We also do not claim things we cannot show you. There is no "20 years of experience" line on this site, no invented review count and no countdown that resets forever. What is here is checkable: our Yelp page, our hours, our address, and a flat diagnostic price.
How we quote
Flat $79 to come out and diagnose, applied to the repair when you approve it. A written estimate before any work. No additional work without asking you. A one-year warranty on every repair we complete. Those four sentences are the whole commercial relationship.
